Dr Weber goes to Invisalign and Unitek meetings

In November, Dr. Robert Weber attended the Invisalign Forum Meeting in downtown Chicago. Lecturers presented orthodontic patient treatments showing how more difficult orthodontic problems can be successfully treated with Invisalign or Invisalign Teen. Advancement in attachment design has improved the predictability of certain types of tooth movement. The continuing education seminars through Invisalign (Align Technology) and the experience Dr. Weber obtained through achieving Premier Provider status is allowing him to treat more difficult orthodontic problems using Invisalign and Invisalign Teen – Problems that years ago orthodontists would not consider treating with Invisalign or Invisalign Teen.

Dr. Weber just came back from spending three days at Wonewok – 3M/Unitek’s private conference center in Northern Minnesota. Dr. Weber and 24 other orthodontists who are iBrace/Incognito Brace System providers were invited by 3M/Unitek to brainstorm on the iBrace/Incognito Brace System. iBraces/Incognito Brace System are customized braces which are placed behind the teeth – making them completely invisible braces. These braces are for adult orthodontic patients as well as teen orthodontic patients. Dr. Weber along with the other orthodontists and 3M/Unitek’s R & D staff spent 3 days collaborating together to refine the iBrace/Incognito System for orthodontic patients. It is very rewarding to see a company like 3M/Unitek listen to a select group of orthodontists to determine not just the orthodontist’s needs, but their patients needs and desires and then have a company set up a plan to deliver a new, improved product for orthodontic patients based on those needs and desires. 3M/Unitek is committed to the orthodontic community in making iBraces/Incognito Brace System the “Standard of Care” the very near future for all orthodontic patients!
